Vibrating screens are used to separate the broken material in the desired sizes in all stream and january plants. Vibrating screens are used to separate end products of various sizes in a crushing and screening plant.

When the material is poured into the sieve, the small ones from the sieve size pass through the sieve surface while moving on the sieve surface by the vibration obtained by the vibration system. Vibrating screens are manufactured in two, three and four layers and in various sizes and capacities. The vibration system can be in the middle or on top of the sieve body. Vibration is achieved by rotating eccentric weights connected to the shaft, which are deposited on the sieve body.

The screen body sits on a fixed or mobile chassis with heavy-duty helical springs that provide vibration.

The vibration systems of these vibrating screens operate by belt-pulley transmission with an electric motor.
